The Cleo Bandana

Selene & Friends bandanas are made as one size. The long ties allow for adjustment.

Ties are 98cm in length and the bandana itself is 23cm in length to triangle tip.

Organic Cotton: Conventional cotton is one of the most unsustainable fabrics currently as it requires a large amount of water and pesticides (2,700 litres for a single tshirt). Organic cotton is the way forward as it requires much less water and no pesticides. This protects surrounding community water ways from being polluted and from being dried up. Organically grown cotton allows land to be more fertile for longer which benefits farmers and the environment. Not only is organic cotton more sustainable, it is also more ethical as it increases access to clean drinking water and doesn't damage local worker health like conventional cotton.

 

This fabric was woven in: India. We then purchased it from a local company.

 

The bandana was sewn and hand printed in Newcastle, Australia by Selene & Friends.
