  • What makes Selene & Friends sustainable?
    Being sustainable is at the heart of Selene & Friends. Where possible we use 100% Organic Cotton, deadstock (fabric from major brands that isn't used and usually goes to landfill), bamboo or hemp. Otherwise we use ethically made natural fibres such as linen and ethically made cotton. You can find out a product's whole lifecycle and sustainable traits in product details. To ensure we are doing our part we also donate 1% of our profit to Carbon Removal work through Stripe Climate. Packaging is often single use and plastic - at Selene & Friends all of our packaging is recyclable, compostable or reusable. You can find instructions on whether to recycle or compost in your package. Unfortunately our shipping labels currently aren't compostable or recycleable but we are working on this! Please remove these and put them in general waste. Mailers: Reusable, curb side recyclable and compostable. Boxes: Reusable, curb side recyclable and compostable. Purple mailers: Reusable and compostable. Cut into small strips. Tissue paper: Reusable, recyclable and compostable. Wax Seal: Reusable, just gently remove from paper. Can be used for decoration or melted down. Product tags and paper: Curb side recyclable. Product tag string: Made of hemp. Reusable and compostable. Gift wrapping: Reusable, curb side recyclable and compostable. Gift Tag: Recyclable. All paper/cardboard used is FSC.   • Are Selene & Friends accessories ethically made?
    Yes, all accessories are either made in house by me or are from a trusted vendor who pays fairly. You can find details on where the fabric was made down to how it was made. We believe fashion doesn't need to be at the expense of the Earth or people's wages.
  • Size Guide
    Please measure your dog's neck for size, you can use a measuring tape or measure a piece of string. If your dog is between sizes we recommend going a size up. Our bandanas are designed to have a larger bandana look so you can have freedom with styling. If in doubt about sizing please feel free to send us a message at hello@selene-and-friends.com XS: fits neck size 25-30cm. Bandana length 18cm to the point. S: fits neck size 35-40cm. Bandana length 22cm to the point. M: fits neck size 45-50cm. Bandana length 26cm to the point. L: fits neck size 55-65cm. Bandana length 30cm to the point. If the Large size is not big enough for your dog we are happy to refund your purchase if returned within 60 days of receiving it.

    As a small business we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if you experience any fault or have any issues with the product itself that wasn't caused by wear and tear please email hello@selene-and-friends.com*. If accepted, you can then return the product with its included accessories, packaging and the original receipt (found in your email) within 30 days of the date you receive the product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the payment method. *Please note that we check all orders before they are sent out to ensure they are good condition. As our products are handmade there will be discrepancies between prints, sizing and embroidery. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Face masks.

International Shipping: Canada and United States: Standard $24.95 - Express $39.95 United Kingdom & EU*: Standard $29.95 - Express - $44.95 We are looking to add more countries soon :) - All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). - The prices within our store DO NOT include any relevant customs duties, clearance or handling charges and other import charges that your order may incur. - Any such additional charges will vary depending on the value of your order and will be added at checkout. Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be. - To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors dog and human accessories to purchase. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Warranties & responsibility for services and products When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. The Warranty for all products is 30 days. Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Selena Watson.
